A per address charge of $3.99 will be added to each additional shipping address.
The majority of our shipments are shipped via United States Postal Service.
Shipping Surcharge
Shipping volumes are significantly higher than last year. To provide you with timely deliveries and handle the extra volume, our shipping carriers are adding more workforce to help us to provide better service to our customers. A $1.59 surcharge per order will be added to help cover supply and demand.
Expedited and Express Service
For faster delivery, you may choose Expedited or Express Service during checkout. These services are only available on orders for in-stock items delivered within the Continental U.S.
Expedited Delivery — add $12.99 per address. Expedited usually arrives in 3-5 business days.
Express Delivery — add $24.99 per address and must be ordered by 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Express delivery usually arrives in 1-2 business days.
Return Policy
Any items purchased within the US are eligible for a return, refund or exchange. Any items purchased internationally can only be returned for an exchange.
If you wish to return any items for any reason, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
Please DO NOT send back any items without contacting us first. Doing so will delay the return process, or you may become ineligible for the return altogether.
In order to return an item, you must obtain a Return Number, which you can do by contacting us. In order to be eligible for a return, all items must be in original, unworn condition with all of the original tags still attached.
Items can be exchanged for other Items of equal or lesser value at no cost to you. Should you decide to be refunded for your returned items, Shipping cost is non-refundable.
Once your return has been authorized, please allow 11-12 business days for proceeding and additional 7-10 days on your credit card to see the credit.
